Of all local charities, St Vincent De Paul came out on top at 20% of donations. St Vincent de Paul was also the most favoured during the crucial Christmas period, attracting donations from 36% of respondents but this may be a product of the surveyrsquo timing which asked people whom they had donated to the previous three months. The unpaid-for cost of the bill could top $170 billion.Many of the programs within this legislation would benefit the wellbeing of our general public.
